trip to mary mackillop centre

On Friday we were getting ready for the Mary Mackillop centre.when we were waiting for the bus we went to  the road where the church was, then the bus came and we went on the bus.When we were on the bus the bus went far away and it took long and long.When we were in the bus we made it to the mary mackillop centre and we went on the side and it was like a mass church because they had chairs and they had a church table inside and we went and had mass but we had to sing and talk and ask how much they love being here and how long they were here. when mass was over we had to make 2 groups 1 group upstairs and 1 group through the door. then we swap to the down stairs and the other group went up stairs. When we went down stairs we were with the sisters and we were telling how old and when were they born. Then we had lunch time we ate down the field and we had lunch under the trees and we played. then we went to say goodbye to the sisters but when we went out the door way the bus was not here so we had to walk but then we saw the bus it came late. when we were at the bus we sang and we played and cheering and it was fun. Then when we were at school we had free lunch time but when the bell rang we packed up and did prayers and then we went home and we had lots of fun.       

We were praying for the food and we were praying for everyone that has peace to stop wars. So I made a prayer to help people.

my school day

My dad and I were walking together talking all the way to school. When he did a frown he was trying to make me laugh and laugh. My dad was wearing a nice warm orange,white and black jumper and long grey pants.  On his feet were his cool sneakers. It was winter time and the fresh cold air was in my face but luckily I was wearing my  warm beny and my warm jacket.

One morning  I go to the beach with my dad.

when we were at the beach I go to walk around the nice hot sun but I saw a man with something in his hand,so I went to the man and said “what are you holding in your hand’’and the man said “i'm holding seaweed”then I said “where did you find it’’ then he said I found it in the ocean.He gave one to me and said “here you can have it. I said “where in the ocean did you find it” he said he found in this beach because I swam far away from the beach.when he gave me another seaweed it was a little bit rough but it was nice and smooth.when it was sunset he said seaweed is a plant that moves in the ocean but some times he said that some people can eat seaweed for dinner.

 Early morning a girl is going to get ready to walk to the beach.

It is early morning the  girl at the beach she is looking at a bridge with boats and canoes. So the girl smells the salt of the water and she  smells the fresh air coming to her nose. Then she heard the water swirling in the sand when the girl walking on the sand so she felt happy walking in the watery sand. She  is on the bridge and she is thinking she wants a challenged to race to the boat so she did a big splash in the water and she swam fast to the boat but them she was about to vomit  so she swam back to the bridge and had a rest but she had fun swimming in the sea to the boat and she had lots of fun.

 it was fun when we did our fractions of wholes because we used scissors glue and shapes. We used wholes, halves and quarters of shapes.

we used shapes and paper and siccers to do our great best to do 1/2 1/5 and 1/8 and we used glue to glued it and we used the siccer and the shape so that we can use the shape to stick it in the white paper

popcorn is a seed of corn that can make popcorn out of corn seed. first we choose the biggest plumpest seed to make corn in the garden to make it grow.popcorn can be made of seed if you can water them and put them in the sun for days until it grows. if it grows big and bright yellow it is ready to eat or make popcorn.

maud island frog

A maud island frog is a very endangered species and its only about 47 millimetres long and its colour is golden yellow to light brown. a frog doesn’t croak but it makes a chirping noise like a cricket. Moad island frogs eats small larvae,worms,beetles and insects but most frogs catch the insects with their tongues. But the maud island frog pounces on its prey and crams them into its small hands. Frogs breathe through their lungs,but they can only do this if their skins dry out they die.

My wild self is a dangerous animal because it can eat a big whale and a dinosaur. It is a very big animal and it is a good and fast flyer. If you feed it it will be kind to you and it won’t eat you. They have wings so that they can catch their  prey in the ocean.my creatar he is the most dagerius animal in the world but the zoo keepers cauth him at the forest next to a tree house he bulid him self.

               The  Basket Boat

My name is zylus and I want to be a fishermen when I grow up like thanh. My dad

is a fishermen. My friends men are dai and hung all have fathers who are fishermen too. This place is called Qui Nhon on the southern coast of vietnam. There is a large fleet of coloured wooden fishing boats is moored in the bay near the village. on the beach shore,lots of little round woven boats called tung chai rest on the sand.
